Hi I'm looking into getting a dirtbike/quad. I've got next to no experience on either and was wondering what you guys would recomend for starting. Thanks for the help
I would say you should consider a couple of factors. Your age, weight, height, your price range and also, are you mechanically inclined. Question for you is: what do YOU want to ride? Bike or quad? Your age and size would determine the size of bike or quad. I think bikes are cheaper to buy second hand. And two stroke are even cheaper to maintain. Like I said, if you're mechanically inclined you can do everything to repair a two stroke. Oh, also.... how much riding do you want to do? Quads are useful in this neck of the woods for most of the year. Bikes are really Spring and Summer toys :(
